HRP Power Units and Hydraulic Cylinders have no external moving parts. Compared to Beam Units, our equipment is inherently safe and suitable for installation in wildlife, recreational and residential areas. We do however, highly recommend fences and enclosures for safe working practices and to mitigate environmental impact (sight, sound, exposure, etc.).
No Stuffing Box Leaks
HRP's Hydraulic Cylinder has an integrated sealing design that eliminates the need for a stuffing box. Which means the wellhead is completely sealed and no oil, water and gas can be leaked out, providing a safe and clean working environment for operators.
The reduction in stuffing box leak is also beneficial for the environment as wellhead fugitive emissions contribute to greenhouse gasses.
Below Ground Cylinders
We are the inventor and only provider of the below ground hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders enable wells to be placed at highly senstive areas and hidden from sight.
Because our cylinders eliminate the need for the stuffing box and are highly reliable with minimum maintenance required, these below ground cylinders are deployed all around the Los Angelas county area beside highly sensitive areas such as schools, residential areas, shopping malls and golf courses.
