| HRP power units are capable single and dual-well operation. |
Electrical:
- 480/460 VAC three-phase electrical power
- NEMA B electric motor: 10 to 250 HP, T-Frame, C-Face,1800 RPM, 1.15 service factor, class F insulation, UL listed & CSA certified.Â
- NEMA 4 electrical ratings on all enclosures & devices (liquid-tight). Optional Class I, Div II, Group C&D explosion-proof ratings are available. All devices and enclosures carry UL and/or or CSA listings.
- IEC-style combination motor starters (pump & cooling fan)
- Thermal-magnetic motor overload protection (pump & cooling fan)
- MCP-Type breaker / disconnect motor protection
- 115/120 VAC single-phase control power transformer
- GE FANUC PLC (90-30 Series Programmable Logic Controller)
- Circuit breaker and/or thermal fuse protection on all control devices and loads
Hydraulic:
- 3000 psig continuous (3500 intermittent) hydraulic vane pump pressure rating
- 5000 psig valve component ratings
- 5 to 108 GPM pump displacement
- Continuous automatic cooling system control (adjustable set points)
- Continuous return filtration (25 micron cellulose media)
- Continuous pump strainer filtration
- Manually adjustable pressure relief valve
- Manually adjustable dual downstroke speed / flow controls
- Manually adjustable dual soft shift (shifting time/speed)
- Pilot operated 3-position, 4-way directional valve
Digital Telemetry:
- Continuous oil pressure monitoring for alarms and shut down
- Continuous oil level and temperature monitoring for alarms and shutdown
- Polished Rod Dynamometer (via hydraulic pressure)
- RS-232 (DB-9) serial port connection for remote and local software control
- Telemetry-ready (compatible with terrestrial land line, cellular, spread spectrum radios and satellite cellular).
- Windows compatible control software
