Subsurface Hydraulic Cylinders Minimize
  • Up to 42,390 pounds of Peak Polished Rod Load capacity
  • Up to 336" stroke lengths
  • No Stuffing Box! (No more leaks=lower maintenance costs)
  • Lightweight (weighs less than 2,500 lbs)
  • Installs in less time than a walking beam horsehead, bridle and carrier bar
  • Compatible for harsh produced fluids (acid, condensate)
  • Tubing rotators are available through our strategic partners (call for more info).

Installations Notes: These cylinders are limited by the well's existing casing size at surface, and they do require special wellhead adapters. Please see this document for dimensional specs.

Above Ground Hydraulic Cylinders Minimize
  • Up to 53,576 pounds of Peak Polished Rod Load capacity
  • Up to 336" stroke lengths
  • No Stuffing Box! (No more leaks, lower maintenance costs)
  • Lightweight (weighs less than 1800 lbs)
  • Installs in less time than a walking beam horsehead, bridle and carrier bar
  • Compatible for harsh produced fluids (acid, steam, condensate)
  • Requires no special well head or adapters
  • Compatible with tubing rotators (rods turn freely with the tubing)
  • Costs less than comparable subsurface cylinders

Installations Notes: There are circumstances that require the use of a tripod stabilizer to prevent the cylinder from swaying under normal operation. These circumstances include:

  1. When stroke lengths exceed 240 inches.
  2. When harmonics are present due to higher stroke per minute speeds.
  3. In areas where high winds are present or expected.
